converts a midi code to pitch.

Flanger II

Fixes an issue with the first custom flanger where the depth would often be greater than the center, causing the delay to hit the minimum for extended periods of time. Now, the depth can only be as large as the center. Also changed some knob settings to give a bit more fine control. Combine with a pluck synth for some nice 70's prog rock.

never seen anyone else make a ring modulatr, so i used some cleverly placed phase canceations to make one. hope this is helpful i guess, and i hope this is actually rind modulation.
