Controls how overlapping clips on the Timeline are combined for the Envelope Node, Envelope Pattern Node, and Velocity Envelope Node.
Modes
Sum
Adds the values of all overlapping clips together. This is the default and preserves the behavior from before the setting was introduced.
Average
Uses the mean value across all overlapping clips.
Override
Uses the value from the most recently started clip, so later clips take precedence over earlier ones.
Changing the mode
The active mode is shown as an icon badge on the timeline track header. Click the badge to open node properties and change the setting.
